That is why we have developed benefit campaigns for vulnerable groups. Medialuna is completely sure that "what you give turns into profit."

The company was the first in its sector in Spain to sign the Charter for Diversity. It is a member of business associations such as ASEME (Spanish Association of Women Entrepreneurs). The company also offers support to various non-profit organizations such as EMPRENDEX, ANSHDA (Association for Children with Down Syndrome and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), FEDER (Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases), FACE (Spanish Federation of Celiac Disease), CNSE (Spanish Confederation of the Deaf) and works jointly with Universities and leading academic institutions to help promote the knowledge on Communication and Public Relations.

In 2014 Medialuna creates OCARE, the 1st Communication and Social Responsibility Action Observatory in Spain in collaboration with the San Pablo CEU University. Medialuna works non-profit for this organization aiming to promote awareness on the importance of social corporate responsibility as well as to create a social dialogue. The Observatory organizes The OCARE awards to foster value communication campaigns with ethics and social purpose and to inspire others to communicate the good initiatives and the good news from socially committed organizations and institutions.
